Roux Week is taking center stage in Portland — and we’re thrilled to see it featured on KOIN’s Foodie Friday!

Our Executive Director Abby Guyer joined Jenna Winkler, co-owner of House of Commons and co-producer of Roux, for a live on-air interview with KOIN AM Extra hosts Emily Burris and Travis Teich. They talked about the upcoming Roux Week celebrations, the exciting event lineup, and how Xcelerate Women supports women business owners across Oregon.

Throughout Roux Week (October 6–12), restaurants, bars, and cafes across Portland are highlighting women-owned businesses and raising funds to power Xcelerate’s programs. From panels to pop-ups to special menus, there’s something for everyone to savor.
