The conversation highlighted Roux’s mission to celebrate women, culture, food & beverage while raising support for Xcelerate Women’s work helping women and gender-expansive business owners across Oregon access business advising, peer mentorship, and resources to grow their businesses.
Roux returned October 9–11 with a weekend of food-focused experiences celebrating the people, creativity, and women-led businesses shaping Portland’s culinary community.
