We're Hiring: Temporary Admin Coordinator

Join our team and provide temporary, part-time administrative support

Xcelerate is seeking a community-minded individual to fill a temporary, part-time administrative support position for ~24 hours/week. The Temporary Admin Coordinator will support the Executive Director, Programs Manager, and Programs & Community Coordinator in running day to day administrative and program operations for our nonprofit organization. 

Areas of support include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable administrative support
  • Coordination of meeting, event, and workshop logistics 
  • General program, marketing, and fundraising support utilizing Hubspot CRM
  • Data compilation for grant reporting and annual impact report
  • Support of staff with assigned tasks and projects as needed
  • Day to day customer service and communication with owners served by our programs

Our team works a hybrid schedule of Monday/Tuesday in our NE Portland office and Weds thru Friday from home. This is a $23/hour position beginning on/around August 1, 2024 for up to six months. Sound like a fit for you or someone you know? Read the full job description here.
